A PreCheck represents the inspection of the on-site situation for the installation of a wallbox. The idea behind an automated digital PreCheck process is to reduce the number of on-site appointments to save resources and achieve effort reduction for customers. The new feature uses an app with computer vision to capture necessary data and recognize photos, check them and then return initial assessments to the user. The user is guided through the entire process, which he can carry out at a time that suits him, without having to rely on appointments with service providers. At the end of the process, the user immediately receives an initial result on the feasibility of a wallbox installation and the estimated cost.
