Within the scope of the gaurantee and subject to the terms and conditions set forth therein, Volkswagen AG guarantees to the purchaser of a brand new electrically powered BEV vehicle that the usable net battery energy capacity will not fall below 70% for a period of eight years (or up to 160,000 kilometres of driving, whichever occurs first).
